为加强对律师事务所执业和管理活动的监督，对我区律师事务所上一年度的执业和管理状况做出评价，根据《中华人民共和国律师法》、司法部《律师事务所管理办法》《律师事务所年度检查考核办法》等相关规定及重庆市司法局《关于开展2021年度律师事务所检查考核工作的通知》文件要求，重庆市北碚区司法局对全区11家律师事务所2021年度律师队伍建设情况、律师事务所业务活动开展情况、律师执业表现情况、律师事务所内部管理情况等进行了检查考核。

经检查考核，拟对重庆大新律师事务所、重庆缙云律师事务所、重庆学苑（北碚）律师事务所、重庆华代（北碚）律师事务所、重庆荣泽律师事务所、重庆世学律师事务所、重庆璟仁律师事务所、重庆作孚律师事务所、重庆索达律师事务所、重庆孟源律师事务所、重庆聚雅律师事务所11家律师事务所2021年度检查考核等次评定为合格等次。现将律师事务所2021年度考核结果予以公示，公示期2022年5月10日至2022年5月17日。律师事务所对考核结果有异议的，可向重庆市北碚区司法局公共法律服务管理科申请复查。
